Terms & Conditions
All goods will usually be shipped within 48 hours of us receiving your order and often on the same or next working day. For various reasons it is not always possible for us to guarantee that all New items will actually be in stock at all times. If this is the case one of our customer services team will contact you to let you know as soon as possible. They will offer options and suggest alternatives and await your instruction before proceeding with the order.
All prices are correct at time of listing within Australia only. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars.
We intend that the price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order, inclusive of GST. Once the order has received acknowledgement of receipt and, later, accepted, the price cannot vary.
We shall acknowledge receipt of each order by email, such acceptance shall establish the contract between us. We will treat each order for goods, which is confirmed when you click on the 'Agree & Submit' button at the bottom of the check out, as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject to these terms and conditions. We shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order. Please note some orders may take up to a week to ship.

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website. Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full including shipping.
Payment must be made within 48 hours of the purchase, in the case that no payment (this includes pick up from store) has been made, we will return the goods back into the system.
PICK UP FROM STORE
All pick up orders must be claimed within 48 hours of ordering, unless disscussed with us prior to placing an order.
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If your item does not arrive within 7 working days of receiving dispatch notification, Please let us know.
If in the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition, have been short or wrongly supplied or are defective, you must inform us within Seven days stating the invoice number and the nature of the defect or shortage, with all packaging kept as refference. Failure to do so will deem that you have accepted the goods.
If for any reason a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item then Guf will refund the value of the returned goods to the original payment method.
If your item is lost by the courier we will put a claim in with them, (the courier company may inform us that the customer will have to put a claim in) and a new item will be sent as soon as the claim is sorted.
For orders in stock we try our best to get them out ASAP,
please note that ASAP is within 7 Days of the order, if we are unable to ship within the 7 days we will contact you then.
